Large Music Festivals and Events:
We provide planning; site; administration; and management services to stages and areas at Large Music Festivals. We help negotiate central systems like Accreditation, Site Transport and Logistics as well as coordinating with other departments such as health & safety, medical and security.
We act as a liaison between artists, vendors, production, administration and site services not only during the event itself but also as part of the planning, build and takedown phases to develop workable event plans as well as offering Event Monitoring and Control Services.

We have managed the planning and development of activity programmes catering for individual athlethes; groups as small as 10 people; up to organisations with 5,000 participants per day in multicultural and multilingual environments.
We have provided meet and greet services, operated help and information services as well as assisting with any participant queries as they arose.
Our services included logistical support for the movement of staff, participants and artists; managing travel bookings, special requirements, and equipment transport.
International Events:
We have been providing services at International Conferences and Events in Ireland and across Europe since 1988.
We’re equally at home providing solutions to community organisations developing twinning programmes as we are being part of the planning team for world events catering for 40,000 participants from 169 countries.
